Good question.  As far as I can tell, it does not cost anything. However, you can only watch it in a fairly small window if you want good quality. If you choose the full screen version, the resolution is not good enough.
As I said in another post, the pilot episode will also be shown again on FX this Saturday and Sunday evening.
BTW - I also just saw that they've added another short behind the scenes clip about Eddie Izzard.
