Perhaps the show will prove me wrong. I'd really rather just watch Eddie's stand up for an hour. |
Thats fair. I hope to see some good discussions. It's always good to hear some other opinions.

I'm Charles.
Normally, I enjoy assembling computers. Or, fixing the ones gone crazy. I've been around "forum-lurking" for a long time, and have discovered they are great.
Like the BBS boards from days of yore... Writing communicates. Hats off to the Site Admin.
This board is on his bandwidth (his dime).
Eddie Izzard has become the luckiest actor on Earth. Dontcha think?
Someone's "better half" has good taste.
One question: How did my avatar become a "Gypsy"?

Hi y'all,
if anybody is out there? I caught the Riches marathon last weekend and got hooked. I had NO idea, what a great Actor Izzard is! I tried to obtain the American Dream, but working my A off and then being a casualty of company downsizing, pretty much busted that bubble! It is ok- living pay check to pay check is (Cough) EXCITING!
Hope to hear from Y'all Charlene

Hello Charlene,
I think the American Dream is somewhat kept alive by television. Don't feel too bad about this, since 99% of all people are busting their A. without getting anywhere.
Unfortunately it takes money to make money and the way our society is structured, it is next to impossible to get anywhere all by yourself.
For instance, the guy who works very hard every day, has no chance of becoming the company CEO.

Hi, Im Samantha Hally, and started watchin The Riches when I saw a preview for it and was interested because of Eddie. The first episode wasn't so great for me but I decided to keep watching and fell in love in the second episode. I RARELY get into a series, but this one has me hooked!

Hi ! I'm Fiskepudding!
It was a fortunate coincidence that I "found" The Riches:
I've been looking for some information about the coming Artemis Fowl Movie when I found the mysterious name "Aidan Mitchell" (artemisfowl.fangathering.com). I was very interested because I've never heard about him before. So I started to find out something about Aidan and was surprised when I came up against The Riches. I didn't know anything about the show, but I'm a fan of it now.
