The actor was Charles Robinson, but I couldn't tell you where you've seen him before. He's got a pretty long list at imdb.com. Maybe that'll help.

| Actually, I could remember his name from Night Court but couldn't remember his name for anything on Riches, Mac the Clerk, and age treated him well didn't it?
