Quoting someone

Hey everyone, I just need help on using the 'Quote' feature for this forum. How does it work? I've tried clicking the Quote button then copy + pasting the persons sentence I wanted to quote with no luck. It doesn't show their name or the quote box. Any help would be richly appreciated

All you need to do is click the "quote" button in top right corner of the post you want to quote - then the complete post should appear in the composing window. I see you say you tried using the "quote" button, so maybe it is a browser issue and the quote function doesn't work for some reason??

Alternatively, you can type the code yourself:
in [ ] write quote="username" then copy the text you want to quote and then close again in [ ] with /quote.

So, if I want to quote you I would put: (quote="SmoovD")copied text(/quote), only replace the (parentheses) with the [square brackets].

Does that make any sense at all??
