It is official. After many rumors and questions about the fate of the show, FX announced yesterday that it has canceled the show. To blame are apparently ratings. While the show was critically praised, there just weren't enough viewers tuning in that would have justified a third season.

According to news reports, FX was looking for a co-sponsor but was unable to interest anyone.
